Developing unity of thought is the need of the hour but unfortunately the deep rooted effects of autocracy has been hampering this process of reform and change and the so called intellectuals are behaving like mini firauns .The prolonged dictatorship has unconsciously made our leaders in all fields introverts ,selfish,inflexible and religious fiends in one way or the other.the consequential polarisation is the real problem.Ironically each Pakistani thinks and acts like a dictator.Simple example is the behaviour of our leaders in tV Talk Shows.No one wants to listen and is more like afish market rather than an intellectual gathering.Let us start listening if we want to change for t he good of our land.
