A judge should be only a judge and justice is blind. Blind of what comes in favor and what goes against him. And we should know that we are living in a semi traditional and semi advanced society. Both are misfit and dangerous. How should a judge do justice, then? The only attempt a judge can make is to be impartial. But we cannot be impartial in our ordinary life matters. There are pressures we have to bear against our will. A society that does not guarantee honesty and faith, can never guarantee truth in judgements. Why to blame the judge?
Actually these days the most important thing for if not every one than for most of them is fame, money and power. We forget the law, just and unjust and just remember our own selves, our families, and if this is the case then how can do just with any one, how can we remember our duties, no matter what it is.
Nice message for new chief justice but if previous chief justice does not do so our political sale to pakistan
آپ کا کالم پڑھا ۔ پڑھ کر خوشی ہوئی ۔ جب ہم سابق چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کے دور کو دیکھتے ہیں تو ہمیں واقعی بہت ساری خامیاں نظر آتی ہیں ۔ لیکن ان پر تنقید عدلیہ پر تنقید کے مترادف ہو گی ۔ اس لئے جس کالم نگار یا جس سینئر صحافی کو کوئی مسئلہ ہے وہ عدالت سے رجوع کرے ۔ تاکہ انصاف کے تقاضے پورے ہو سکیں اس طرح کسی کی ذات پر الزام تراشی صرف میڈیا پر اپنا قد اونچا کرنے کے سوا کچھ بھی نہیں ۔ طلعت حسین صاحب آپ نے اپنے کالم جو کچھ تحریر کیا وہ ایک دو نہیں لکھوں لوگوں کی سوچ ہے ۔ اللہ آپ کو جزائے خیر دے ۔ آمین
CONTRADICTION BETWEEN SAYINGS & DEEDS OF EX CJ HAS LED TO THIS SITUATION, OTHERWISE SAME PEOPLE HAVE SACRIFICED THEIR TIME, EFFORT & COMFORT FOR HIM.
HE FOCUSED ON HIS PERSONAL PRIORITIES THAN NATIONAL PRIORITIES. HE PREFFERD RDIDICULING THE SENIOR PEOPLE THAN ENSURING JUSTICE IN THE COURTS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.
I think judges ko nahi bulke judges ke faislon ko bolna chahiye….jahan tk hmari adliya ki baat he ye to logon ko lalkaarti thi officers ki izaate nafs ko mjrooh krte rahe jis ka in koi haq nahi tha…………
